We accept returns purchased from pamellaroland.com within 15 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To start a return or an exchange please follow the link www.pamellaroland.com/returns

Returned merchandise must be in their original condition with the security tag attached in order to be accepted.

US and International Customers, we will then send you a shipping label and all you have to do is print out and ship!

Returns and exchanges will be refused without prior notification and will be returned to the sender.

Returns should be shipped via UPS.
