We accept returns purchased from pamellaroland.com within 15 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To start a return or an exchange please follow the link www.pamellaroland.com/returns

Returned merchandise must be in their original condition with the security tag attached in order to be accepted.

US and International Customers, we will then send you a shipping label and all you have to do is print out and ship!

Returns and exchanges will be refused without prior notification and will be returned to the sender.

Returns should be shipped via UPS.

Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Postage charges will be applied for any exchanges; these will be charged at the standard rate.

Fragrance Return Procedure


 If for any reason the fragrance you receive is faulty or damaged in any way, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund. Where goods are believed to be faulty, please notify us of your intent to return for this reason. All goods believed to be faulty will be required for Quality Review.

Please note that it may be necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged fragrance.

Fragrance should be wrapped securely in original packaging in which it was received. If it has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, fragrance must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that the fragrance arrive to us in decent condition. We request that the fragrance is received at the below address within 30 days from the date of receipt.
